The location of the school is in Ruskeasuo (Paraistentie 3), Helsinki. Starting from 2022, the school also operates in Tapanila (Erätie 3).

The main goal for Linnanmäki Circus School is to offer all children and teenagers an opportunity for a fun and challenging hobby. Children are encouraged to work in groups and to develop performing skills. The enrollment fees are kept low to give everybody a chance to become part of the circus world.

Linnanmäki Circus School has 500 students and over 10 professional circus teachers. School offers teaching in many different circus fields: acrobatics, juggling, trapeze, unicycling, magic etc.

The performing group of the circus school is performing in different parts of Finland and abroad. During the last years Linnanmäki Circus School has performed in many festivals from Lapland to Helsinki and Iceland to Germany, on a big TV show, in a parliament event and many other private and public happenings.

You can register directly through our student registry system Hobiver. On the Hobiver start page, select Register at the queue. In the Other information field, you can tell more about your previous hobbies or let us know what your desired circus field is. We will contact you when there is space in a suitable group.

Membership Guarantee: For former circus school students, the spot in the group is automatically reserved from one semester to another. To cancel, simply send an email to toimisto@lintsinsirkus.fi before the due date, which we will reply to. Please note that an unpaid fee is not considered a notice of termination. Terminations received after the due date obligate payment of the invoice. The membership fee applies to everyone, and there is no refund.

The cost is formed by the membership fee 50€ + seasonal fee / half term (spring or fall).

Hobby fee 2023-2024

Hobby fees are always due after two trial weeks. Installment pay of the hobby fee is possible if agreed separately. Failure to pay does not indicate cancellation, and cancellation after the original due date does not exempt you from the hobby fee.

The hobby fee is sent to email (Maventa Transactions) and also appears in the student system Hobiver invoices.

Circus camps

The camps are organized in the state-of-the-art facilities of the Linnanmäki circus school. Camp fees include a warm meal and accident insurance covering first aid costs. Free cancellation before the due date. You can request a payment period for the invoice, the cancellation condition according to the original due date.

Camps for 7-15 year olds are organized in both Ruskeasuo (Paraistentie 3) and Tapanila (Hiidenkiventie 21).

Teaching from 9 am to 3 pm, pick up from 3 pm to 4 pm. The camp fee includes insurance, a hot lunch and a free camp show. Circus lessons with acrobatics, trampoline, balancing, aerial acrobatics and juggling. Outdoor activities and a hot lunch are also included on the camp day. On the last day, the campers get to perform the circus shows they have prepared. 

CONDITIONS AT CAMPS:

Camp fees cannot be refunded after the due date. After the due date, you can get a partial refund of the camp fee only with a medical certificate WITH NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE CAMP DAY. In this case, the part of the already ordered food, insurance and office fees (10.50e/day) will be withheld from the camp fee. Cancellations due to other reasons cannot be refunded after the due date.
